Glenda has 25+ years of branding and marketing experience. Prior to founding Eight Eleven Inc., Glenda worked in the agency environment as VP of Marketing & Business Development and in the corporate environment spearheading corporate communications efforts. Prior to her agency experience, as the Director of Corporate Communications at Checkpoint Systems, Inc., she implemented corporate communications strategies that supported the company’s corporate objectives. Glenda has a demonstrated ability to redefine corporate branding and competitive positioning in an environment of mergers and acquisitions. She has proven experience in elevating marketing and product awareness, and she is recognized for skillful team leadership.
Glenda has a broad range of in-depth marketing experience in programs including corporate identity/branding, Web marketing, advertising, public relations and crisis communications management, and trade show and event marketing. As President & CEO of Eight Eleven Inc., she leads the strategic direction for the company. She works closely with Eight Eleven’s clients to establish long-term relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from Auburn University in Alabama, and she has completed graduate-level public relations courses at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. |
Aaron Haydn McLean, Creative Director/Executive Vice President, Co-founder

Aaron is a marketing, branding, multimedia, graphic design, print and Web visionary, who excels in client relations and oversees Eight Eleven’s creative department. His expertise brings highly creative project conceptualization, effective project management and a thorough knowledge of print, Web, multimedia, video production, audio production, signage and wayfinding, as well as music theory. Prior to founding Eight Eleven Inc., Aaron worked in the agency environment at Zigzag Net as a Senior Art Director where he oversaw all creative development.
In the latter part of his career, Aaron competed for and was awarded multiple contracts from the City of Philadelphia’s Health Department to develop, deploy and manage City-wide HIV testing campaigns, which included demographic segmenting, market research, creative development (TV PSA’s, radio, transit, environmental online and print advertising, grassroots and event marketing, Website design and development), campaign management and reporting. During these campaigns, Aaron also acted as the campaign spokesperson, appearing on multiple Network and Cable TV news shows and radio stations, promoting the campaigns and the fight against HIV/AIDS. Along with Aaron’s award-winning experience, he has worked closely with a number of City of Philadelphia organizations, including: Philadelphia Department of Public Health, AIDS Activities Coordinating Office of Philadelphia, ActionAIDS Philadelphia, Philadelphia Housing Authority, Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board, Excel Philadelphia, Graduate! Philadelphia, the School District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, and Traveler’s Aid Philadelphia. In addition to his creative marketing work at Eight Eleven, Aaron is active in his professional field, working with the Art Institute of Philadelphia’s Interactive Media Design and Graphic Design departments and serving as a judge for the National Association of Recording Merchandisers’ National Marketing and Advertising Awards. Aaron is also Co-founder and Treasurer of and Marketing & PR Director for Philly Startup Leaders, Inc. |
Andrew Keller, Senior Web Designer

Drew is Eight Eleven’s user-interface, Web design, CSS and Web standards compliance rock star. All Eight Eleven Websites go live with a touch of Drew’s magicial mouse click. many go live with thousands of Drew’s mouse clicks, lines of code, validated CSS and usability vision. When pulled away from Photoshop, he is likely to be found traveling through Europe.
After a brief foray with Computer Science at the University of Buffalo, Drew graduated from Wilmington College with a degree in Multimedia Design, and took additional courses at the University of the Arts. |

Bernadette, Bmack or Bern (she’ll answer to all) is Eight Eleven’s stellar graphic designer. When not glued to her Mac, she can be found cheering on the Phillies.
Bernadette is a graduate of Hussian School of Art and holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. She brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to the ever changing world of design. Through talent for illustration and in-depth knowledge of numerous design software packages, Bernadette creates engaging branding and print solutions. |
Kenneth Banks, Jr. Web Designer

Paul Ricci, Corporate Finance Director
AKA, No, We Can’t Afford the Sailboat
Paul Ricci serves as Corporate Finance Director and Adviser to the Board of Directors of Eight Eleven Inc. Paul is currently CFO and co-founder of Epic Research, a financial services marketing company. Prior to Epic, Paul held the position of Senior Director of Finance for Barclays PLC, where he worked on large M&A opportunities and planning initiatives. Prior to that role, Paul was Senior Director of Planning and Analysis for Juniper Financial (now Barclays) since its founding in 2000, where he led the planning, investment decisioning, and management reporting processes for Barclaycard US. In addition, Paul provided analytic support for M&A opportunities and capital markets transactions. Previously, Paul was Financial Analyst and Controller at Reliance Insurance Company in Philadelphia.
Paul holds a BS from Rutgers University and an MBA from Drexel University.
